I had this image on my computer at work for a while.  It is a good reminder on where to place one’s energy for the greatest return on investment-professionally and personally.

1) Set up a blog on my own without calling one of my trusted design advisors.

2) Make myself vulnerable to friends, family, colleagues and strangers not by sharing my thoughts, but by sharing them via the written word as I have never considered myself a strong writer.
